Apple Vision Pro will allow you to create music in virtual space

The release of Apple’s Vision Pro virtual reality headset disappointed just about everyone. Not in small part because the device, which is positioned as a “spatial computer”, did not find enough content. There is a lot of it, but it does not reveal the true capabilities of the platform, so companies began to hastily create their own versions of software for this system.

British digital music developer Hit’n’Mix presented its DAW RipX application, specially adapted for Apple Vision Pro. As the description suggests, the main goal was to give musicians unprecedented freedom in sound manipulation. The creative process has been fully visualized, for which virtual reality is the best fit.

Music in the application is divided into components and all chords, notes, audio fragments and other elements can be arranged in front of you on the virtual space, as on a desktop. And then work with them as your soul desires. You have to do it with your hands, and although digital imitations don’t weigh anything, you will have to move your limbs a lot.
