WP: the White House is developing a draft of vaccination passports for COVID-19

The White House is working with American companies to introduce vaccination certificates for the COVID-19 coronavirus infection, The Washington Post reports.

According to the publication, the administration of US President Joe Biden is working with private companies to develop vaccination passports.

According to the newspaper, in the United States, more and more business owners say that they will need proof of vaccination “before they open their doors again.”

It is noted that the development of such passports will be handled by the Ministry of Health.

Presumably, the certificates will be free, and Americans will be able to get them electronically.

Earlier, European Commissioner for Internal Market Affairs Thierry Breton said that vaccination certificates for the COVID-19 coronavirus infection will become available in the European Union by June 15.
