U.S. willing to pay $10 million for information on key individuals in REvil hacker group
U.S. authorities are willing to pay $10 million for information on individuals who play a key role in the hacker group REvil, also known as Sodinokibi.
The State Department is offering a reward of up to $10 million for information that would identify the location of any individuals who are the leaders” of Sodinokibi. In addition, the agency is prepared to pay up to $5 million for information that would allow the arrest or indictment in any country of any individuals who conspired to participate or attempted to participate in the Sodinokibi ransomware.
