The U.S. will decide on participation in the Beijing Olympics in the near future

The U.S. and its partners will soon determine their diplomatic involvement in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said Friday.

“Many countries are exploring the issue with the Olympics, including the United States. We are discussing with our allies and partners how they look at it. I’m sure our countries will make a decision on approaches to the Olympics soon as we get closer to the Olympics,” Blinken said.
