Record number of Americans polled do not want to see either Trump or Biden in the election

A record number of Americans do not want to see either Joe Biden or Donald Trump as candidates in the next presidential election in 2024. This is evidenced by the results of an opinion poll published by CNN.

According to the survey, a “historically large number of Americans,” 36%, do not view Biden or Trump favorably as a candidate in the election, and 31% of those surveyed do not want to see either Trump or Biden participate in the election. At the same time, 33% of respondents expressed support for Trump and 32% for Biden.

If the approval levels of the two key contenders continue at the same level, this situation “could open the door for an independent candidate.”

The U.S. presidential election will be held in November 2024.
