Owners of Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphones complain of serious problems

Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone has problems with camera performance and heating. The problem was acknowledged by the technical support of the company.

The problem affected the global and South Korean versions of the smartphone, which are equipped with the Exynos 2100 processor. As promised by Samsung, the bug is software-based and will be solved when updating.

Thus, the new software version of the Samsung Galaxy S21 will bring optimization of the camera and the use of memory when taking pictures with zoom. The update should also fix the problem of overheating.

The software with the solution to the problems of the S21 should “arrive” on the smartphones before the end of June.
