Biden partially lifted restrictions on fuel transportation

US President Joe Biden said that he partially lifted restrictions on the transportation of fuel.

“I have lifted some restrictions on the transportation of fuel, and also provided access to the armed forces that can provide fuel (from their reserves),” Biden said, speaking at the White House.

On the Atlantic coast of the United States, there is a shortage of gasoline at gas stations amid a rush of demand caused by the shutdown of the Colonial Pipeline. The company temporarily shut down the pipeline due to a cyber breach, but promises to restore it by the end of the week.
