Biden declared victory in the presidential election

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden claimed victory in the presidential race.

“I am honored that the American people have trusted me to become President,” the politician said in a statement.

He said that a record number of people voted in this year’s elections.

“After the campaign is over, it’s time to put the anger and harsh rhetoric behind us and unite as a nation,” Biden urged.
