Biden announced plans to invest in clean energy projects around the world

The U.S. and other G7 countries will invest in clean energy projects around the world as part of a new partnership aimed at developing global infrastructure. This was announced by President Joe Biden in Germany, speaking together with leaders of other countries of the association.

“The whole world is feeling the effects on the energy markets” of Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine.

Speaking about the key goals of this G7 partnership, Biden said, “We need to make a worldwide effort to invest in clean energy transition projects to ensure that critical infrastructure is resilient to climate change.
