Apple will release a new iPad Mini with an unusual design

Apple will update its most compact Mini tablet. The sixth generation of the device is reported by well-known insider Mark Gurman.

The new iPad Mini will get a different design, which will be very different from the usual format. While maintaining the size of the body, the display will be larger and the bezels will be smaller.

The small iPad will not get a powerful M1 processor, the Mini will be content with an A-series chip. The Lightning port will be replaced with USB-C and Touch ID will remain as a power button sensor. The tablet will be available in three colors – silver, black and gold.

The next-generation tablet will launch this fall, when it will go on sale. It is assumed that the upcoming iPad Mini 6 will be released along with the Apple iMac computer with a larger display.
