Amazon has announced the successful implementation of AI across the company’s business processes

During the release of Amazon’s financial report for the second quarter of this year, the company’s CEO Andy Jesse announced the extremely wide application of generative artificial intelligence technologies in the company’s work processes. According to him, AI is now being applied in every business segment of the IT giant’s operations. It is Amazon’s new guiding star to remake the corporation’s work architecture to maximize the potential of AI.

Jesse specified that AI will underpin “everything we do at Amazon,” and added a couple of phrases about the solid investment in and expectations for this area of work. If Jesse is to be believed, Amazon sees no other way to increase profitability, optimize processes, and improve customer service than to implement AI. And of course, they can’t do without it in the development of the Alexa smart assistant project.

In the past, Jesse told us that Amazon is trying to create its own big language model – directly for the needs of Alexa. This AI should become bigger, smarter and more versatile than anything else on the market. Amazon is expected to unveil new devices on September 20, some of which may already be running this AI.
