Actor and comedian Bob Saget has died

Comedian and actor Bob Saget, who starred in the comedy series “Full House,” died Sunday in Florida at age 65.

Saget was found dead in a hotel room in the city of Orlando, where he had arrived as part of his concert tour. Representatives from the local sheriff’s office were dispatched to the hotel and identified the deceased.

On Sunday, a man was reported unconscious in the hotel. The man was identified as Robert Saget and was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives found no signs of violence or drug use. The cause of death has not yet been determined.

Saget became known to the general American public after the television series “Full House,” in which he played the widowed father of three girls. He then became the host of America’s Funniest Video. Saget voiced voice-over narration and the main character in scenes from the future on How I Met Your Mother.
