Nine people were dead in a major accident in Las Vegas

At least nine people were killed in a six-car crash north of the U.S. state of Las Vegas, Nevada. This was reported by the local police department.

According to reports, the driver of a Dodge car ran a red light and collided with several vehicles. One casualty is in a critical condition, 15 people were involved in the accident.

The roads at the accident site were closed during the investigation.
