Victoria’s Secret (the iconic lingerie brand) supermodel Taylor Hill told Hollywood Life how to keep fit.
According to Hill, she is trying to keep her best self all year around, but especially on the eve of important and big shoots. Periodically, Hill works with trainer focusing on power loads, in particular on the muscles of the arms.
“We alternate between heavy and light weights to target all the small muscles in my arms” – she said.
Hill stressed that she doesn’t resort to diets, while eating healthy foods and maintains a balanced diet. However, the model admitted that sometimes she chills out and order a pizza.
Taylor considers her colleagues as strong and confident women who inspire her to look good. Hill believes that the Namibian model Behati Prinsloo is her main role model.
