Netflix Will Produce Third Season of The Witcher Series

Netflix announced the third season of the series “The Witcher” developed based on the works of Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski. This is according to a message posted Saturday on the project’s official Twitter page.

“We can officially announce the third season of The Witcher,” the publication noted. Details of the upcoming filming have not yet been announced.

However, the service has also announced plans for a second feature-length animated film and series aimed at children’s audiences and family viewing.

In July, Netflix said it would make a six-part film based on The Witcher.
