Facebook Shareholders Want To Dismiss Zuckerberg

Several shareholders of Facebook once again offered to discuss the issue of removing Mark Zuckerberg as Facebook chairman and change the structure of the company during the annual meeting of shareholders, reports Business Insider.
According to the newspaper, the company notified the Securities and Exchange Commission of the annual shareholders meeting on May 30 and confirmed the proposals of investors, which will be put to the vote.
Two of the eight proposals put forward by investors for discussion, it is about changing the structure of the company and the appointment of an “independent chairman.”
The publication notes that the chances that during the meeting such proposals will be adopted are extremely small, because Facebook strongly disagrees with them, and Zuckerberg himself holds more than 50% of the voting shares.
