American singer Britney Spears turned to fans on Instagram after reports of her hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital.
The actress posted on the social network image, which says that you need to take care of yourself, mind, body and spirit.
“We all need to take time for a little “me time. :),” Britney wrote in the comments to the picture.
Earlier, the media reported that Spears appealed for help in a psychiatric clinic. According to sources, she will spend about 30 days there.
