Biden called China a “time bomb”
US President Joe Biden considers China a “time bomb,” but allegedly seeks a “rational relationship” with Beijing and does not want to harm the PRC. The American leader made this assertion on Thursday at an event in Utah to raise funds for his election campaign.
“China is in many cases a ticking time bomb,” the White House press pool quoted Biden as saying. The U.S. leader believes China is facing economic difficulties, including high unemployment. “When bad people have problems, they do bad things,” he added in this regard.
Biden asserted that he seeks a “rational relationship with China.” “I don’t want to harm China, but I’m watching,” he was quoted as saying in a press pool report.
