Bugatti has released the Bugatti Baby II with an unchildish price of 80,000 euros
Bugatti unveiled the Mistral with a 1,600-horsepower W16 engine, wowing the public at Pebble Beach. This car came out in a limited edition of 99 pieces, and only a few millionaires managed to buy it. Those who didn’t manage to do it, could only envy. And now the brand has introduced a novelty-competition – Bugatti Baby II Carbon Edition. This car is designed for children and is available for purchase only to those who already own the same Mistral.
The Baby II Car is 2.8 meters long and was designed by Bugatti engineers and designers from Little Car. Some details were directly borrowed from the original Mistral. This mini-car is more reminiscent of Bugatti Baby made in 1926. Moreover, some iconic interior and exterior elements are made in the same way as the cars from the past. For example, this is a steering wheel with 4 spokes and classic gauges adapted to modern conditions.
The novelty is called Carbon Edition for a reason – many details of the body and trim are made of carbon fiber. This noticeably reduces the weight of the car and improves its characteristics. Even though the car is designed for children, it can reach speeds of up to 50 mph. It should be understood that the “Baby” is used in the model name only for historical purposes. It is possible to drive such a car starting at any age, at the discretion of the parents – but only on the territories protected by private property law. The exclusive “baby” car is offered at an unchildish price of 80,000 euros.
