Taylor-Green has filed a motion to suspend House Speaker Johnson

Member of the House of Representatives of the U.S. Congress Marjorie Taylor-Green filed a motion to remove her fellow party member Mike Johnson from the post of Speaker of the lower house of the American legislative body.

Taylor-Green criticized the Speaker’s decision to bring to a vote a bill that would extend funding for the bulk of federal agencies through the end of fiscal year 2024.
