Mike Pence filed to run for president of the United States

Former U.S. Vice President Mike Pence has filed paperwork to run for the country’s next U.S. leader in November 2024.

The information was released Monday on the website of the U.S. Federal Election Commission.

Pence represents the Republican Party. He will vie with former President Donald Trump for the Republican presidential nomination.
