Jennifer Garner advised women to look less in the mirror

In a new interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Jennifer Garner advised women to think less about age-related skin changes and not abuse “beauty injections.”

“Be very careful when it comes to facial injections. Be extremely cautious and wait as long as you can before injecting yourself with anything. Don’t assume that because you’re 37, you’re already in need of injections. You don’t have to wear a ton of makeup and get injections all the time,” said the actress, who turned 50 this April. “I always give the same advice when it comes to beauty: look less in the mirror, fixate less. Let the world see that you can spend your time on something better. We look at our faces much more often than people have in the past, and it doesn’t do any good. We become obsessed with changing our appearance and how to fix something on our face,” Garner added.

Jennifer has previously told reporters that she wants to “normalize” her naturalness. The actress does not seek to look perfect all the time, as on the red carpet, and in normal life she uses a minimum of cosmetics. At the same time, she likes to see the admiration on the faces of her children when from time to time she “dresses up”. Recall that Garner has two daughters and a son by Ben Affleck.
