Jamie Foxx has been accused of sexual harassment
Oscar winner Jamie Foxx, known for his starring role in the 2012 film Django Unchained directed by Quentin Tarantino, is facing allegations of sexual harassment and physical harm.
The accusations came from a woman whose name has not been disclosed. She claims that the incident occurred in 2015 at the New York restaurant Catch NYC. Foxx allegedly “intentionally and without her consent by force and while under the influence of alcohol” touched the intimate parts of the victim’s body. The woman is seeking compensation for “physical and emotional damages,” but the amount of the possible payment has not been named.
She is also suing restaurant owner Catch Hospitality Group and related entities, alleging negligence during the hiring and training of employees, as well as inadequate supervision of their behavior in the workplace.
In addition to his role in the movie “Django Unchained”, Fox is also remembered by viewers for his participation in the films The Soloist, 2009, Law Abiding Citizen, 2009, Valentine’s Day, 2010, White House Down, 2013.
