Congress demands that the Pentagon reveal the truth about UFOs

American authorities have in their possession objects created by extraterrestrial intelligence, including vehicles of alien origin. However, the truth about contacts with aliens has been hidden from the general public for decades by the intelligence service and the Pentagon.

Such a sensational statement was made in Congress, at the first ever official hearings on UFOs and contacts with extraterrestrial civilizations. And it was made under oath, an officer of U.S. military intelligence David Grush.

Until recently, Grush worked in the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency of the United States, where he was responsible for analyzing “unidentified anomalous phenomena and transmedia objects”.

According to Grasz, the difficult decision to end his career by declassifying his workplace was influenced by “numerous reports from a number of respected and highly decorated military and intelligence officials” expressing deep concern that, with regard to UFOs, “the U.S. government was doing some secret – that is, unaccountable to Congress – work.”

“U.S. citizens have a right to know what’s going on in the skies above their heads,” the retired intelligence officer said, clarifying that the Pentagon has indeed been studying objects found in UFO crash sites for decades.

When asked directly by Mark Garcia if the witness was certain that the U.S. government has access to these kinds of extraterrestrial artifacts, he stated, “Absolutely convinced – based on conversations with four dozen people over the last four years.”

Grasz later explained that he had had ex officio conversations with authorities who were directly involved in the study of extraterrestrial objects.

Asked whether he had received threats in connection with his intention to publish classified information, Grasch answered in the affirmative.

In the past, he said, military personnel who dared to talk publicly about extraterrestrials or extraterrestrial technology were usually met with “severe retaliation”.

The Pentagon was prepared for Grush’s sensational claims.

In a statement promptly sent out by department spokesman Stu Graf, it said it had carefully reviewed Grush’s testimony – and found “no verifiable information to support the existence of gray government programs dealing with extraterrestrial materials” – now or at any time in the past.

In addition to David Grush, two other witnesses – also Pentagon employees – testified at the congressional committee hearing.

All three speakers shared with the congressmen their own experiences with alien contact and answered questions posed to lawmakers – to the extent that the secrecy of the data allowed.

The speakers stated that they were not authorized to discuss the question posed publicly, but behind closed doors they were ready to answer in detail.

Judging by recent polls on the subject, more than two-thirds of Americans believe that authorities are indeed hiding the truth about aliens from the public.

According to Mark Garcia, keeping information secret from the general public, the Pentagon is greatly helped by the fact that many American servicemen are simply afraid to report their contacts with UFOs – because of the stigma that still surrounds this area.

“You can’t be afraid to ask questions. You can’t be afraid of the truth,” Garcia said, urging Army commanders to be more open.
