Biden expressed his willingness to participate in a debate with Trump

President Joe Biden expressed his readiness to participate in the debate with Donald Trump. About this, reports the press service of the White House.

“I would be happy to have a debate with him somewhere, I don’t know when,” Joe Biden said.

Trump said in an interview with Action News on April 23 that he was ready to hold a debate with Biden anytime soon. Earlier, major networks and TV stations, including ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC and Fox News, called on Biden and Trump to participate in a debate ahead of the presidential election, which will be held on Nov. 5.

Trump has already secured the necessary number of delegate votes to clinch the Republican nomination for the U.S. presidential nomination. Biden, running for a second term, has secured the support of a sufficient number of delegates from the Democratic Party. Thus, the fight will predictably unfold between the same candidates as four years ago, when Biden defeated Trump seeking re-election.
