Bentley to build luxury residential skyscraper in Miami

Famous for their luxury cars Aston Martin and Porsche, not so long ago began to actively invest in the construction of luxury real estate. The example was contagious and now Bentley Motors has already announced that at the end of the year it launches the construction of a residential skyscraper Bentley Residence Miami, where the “cheapest” apartments will cost more than 4 million dollars.

Details on the high-rise project have not yet been disclosed, except that it was designed by architects Sieger Suares together with Bentley designers. The skyscraper will be erected by well-known commercial real estate developer Dezer Properties in the area of Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach.

As the company reports, it will be the tallest coastal skyscraper in the U.S. – according to some sources, it will have 60 floors. In addition to elevators for people, the cylindrical building will have a special elevator for cars.

Bentley Residence Miami will accommodate 200 luxury apartments – each with unique finishes, balcony, swimming pool, sauna and open-air shower, with huge windows overlooking the sea and the beach. Among several common facilities are a gym, a movie theater and a golf course.
