Ben Affleck will return to the role of Batman in the Aquaman sequel

Ben Affleck will play Batman in “Aquaman and the Lost Realm.” This was announced, director and producer Jason Momoa said on social media.

“Bruce Wayne and Arthur Curry, the real names of Batman and Aquaman will reunite!” – Momoa, who will star in the new film, wrote on Instagram.

Ben Affleck has played the Dark Knight in three films about the DC Comics universe: “Batman v Superman: The Dawn of Justice” (2016), “Suicide Squad” (2016), “Justice League” (2017). After the actor decided not to play the role of a superhero anymore, Batman was played by Robert Pattinson, star of the “Twilight” saga, in the recent film.

The film is scheduled to premiere on March 17, 2023.
