American Airlines has suspended flights to Tel Aviv

American Airlines, one of the largest U.S. airlines, said it has suspended flights to Ben-Gurion International Airport near Tel Aviv until Dec. 4.

“Due to the current operational environment, American Airlines has temporarily suspended flights to and from Tel Aviv, Israel, until December 4,” the statement said. – We will continue to work closely with partner airlines to assist those wishing to leave Tel Aviv, safety and security remain our top priorities.”

Earlier, Delta Air Lines announced the suspension of flights to Israel from airports in Atlanta (Georgia), Boston (Massachusetts) and New York until the end of October.
