A fire broke out at a plastic recycling plant in New Mexico

A fire broke out at a plastic recycling plant near Albuquerque, New Mexico. According to local newspaper KRQE, smoke covered the southern part of the city.

Fire crews are working at the scene. Employees of the enterprise were evacuated.

The Albuquerque Fire Department said the fire has affected “structures, products and vehicles” and is not under control.
