Musk accused Google of manipulating queries about Trump

Elon Musk called attention to the fact that Google’s search engine, when entering queries about Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, gives users information about his rival, Kamala Harris.

“Just did a Google query for ‘Trump rally’ and Kamala came up at the top of the search results!” – Musk wrote in X. He attached a screenshot of his query and the search engine’s response to the post.

Musk had previously pointed out that Google was blocking search queries about Trump by replacing search results with “Donald Duck” and “Donald Reagan.”

Senator Mike Lee said on July 30 that Harris could defeat Trump due to support from the U.S. media. According to him, the entire U.S. media industry is fully on Harris’ side, so it would be a mistake to view her as a weak opponent.

On July 31, Newsweek magazine informed that Harris has surpassed Trump in popularity in the news space. According to its information, U.S. President Joe Biden’s withdrawal from the election race and Harris’ intention to run became the number one topic on U.S. news sites, overtaking articles about Trump and the attempted assassination of him.
