Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are selling off antiques from their luxurious Los Angeles mansion

The divorce of the bright Hollywood couple is just around the corner. The couple do not live together – Jennifer is still in their joint nest, and Ben rents a house in Brentwood for 100 thousand dollars a month near the neighborhood where his ex-wife Jennifer Garner lives.

In June, Lopez and Affleck put up for sale the real estate, which they chose for so long before the wedding. At the same time, the actors intend to cash in on it. Initially, the Bel Air mansion was sold for 75 million dollars. However, the celebrities managed to significantly bring down the price, as a result, they bought the estate for 60.85 million. The deal took only one week, the couple paid an advance payment of 15 million dollars.

There is a main house on the property – the square white two-story building is called the Wallingford Estate. It has 46,000 square feet of space. It has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. The structures are located on a five-acre promontory. The house was recently remodeled and expanded, so the artists have already put it up for 65 million.

There is a huge swimming pool, a 12-car garage, parking for 80 cars, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s cottage and a two-bedroom guard house. J.Lo also has a one-of-a-kind indoor sports complex with a gym, as well as basketball, Pickleball and boxing ring courts. The building also features a sports lounge, bar, full hair and nail salon, home theater, wine cellar, whiskey lounge, sauna and massage rooms.

While the sale of luxury real estate in California is underway, J.Lo and Ben are selling off artwork from their mansion. In early June, they sold paintings and antiques that they lovingly selected for their nest to collectors.

In June, Jennifer vacationed in Italy with friends without Ben. Insiders reported that Affleck took advantage of his wife’s absence and moved his last belongings out of the mansion. “Ben continues to live in the rented house. He’s been living there for about two months now. Everything is fine with him. He is in his office every day and seems to be focused on work. Ben is also spending time with his kids.”

Affleck has three two daughters and a son with Garner – 18-year-old Violet, 15-year-old Seraphina and 12-year-old Samuel. Lopez is raising 16-year-old twins Emmy and Max from her marriage to singer and actor Marc Anthony. That said, sources say the still-legal spouses, who have been married for two years, are still in a relationship. “They have business ties: Lopez is starring in two upcoming films produced by Affleck and Matt Damon’s production company. Those films are ‘Unstoppable’ and ‘Kiss of the Spider Woman’.”
