Trump outpaces Biden in popularity in six key states
Donald Trump is ahead of Joe Biden in terms of support in six swing states that are likely to decide the outcome of the upcoming election. This is according to the results of a poll conducted by the analytical service of Emerson College University.
Trump has an advantage over Biden in Arizona (in the ratio of 47% of respondents to 43%), Georgia (45% to 41%), Wisconsin (47% to 44%), Nevada (46% to 43%), Pennsylvania (47% to 45%) and Michigan (46% to 45%). It is noted that the majority of poll participants reported that the guilty verdicts against the former president will not affect their votes.
The elections will be held in the United States on November 5. Joe Biden and Donald Trump have already guaranteed themselves official nomination as candidates for the head of the Washington administration from the two leading parties. Officially, their candidacies must be approved at the national party conventions of Republicans and Democrats in July and August, respectively.
Thus, the fight will predictably be between the same candidates as four years ago, when Biden defeated Trump seeking re-election to the presidency.
