Bugatti has announced the construction of a new luxury building in Dubai, designed to house fans of the brand – and not only. At the moment, neither the number of floors nor the layout of the apartments is known, only the general appearance, but it is already clear that the building is designed for the most demanding public. The main peculiarity of the building is that it doesn’t have underground garage, instead of it there are two elevators, which raise cars up to the level of apartments. That is you can literally come to your home, without leaving the car. According to the developers, this will increase sales of both apartments in the new building and luxury cars of the brand.

Inside the skyscraper will be 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion penthouses. Outside is an imitation of the scenery and set of services on the French Riviera, the brand’s homeland. Swimming pools, Jacuzzis, fitness centers and other service areas, all designed and decorated with the most expensive materials currently available.
