Police helicopter crashed in Newport Beach

A helicopter belonging to the police of Huntington Beach, California, fell into the water on Saturday. Two of the victims were taken to the hospital. Information about their condition is not given, as well as the reasons for the helicopter crash.

The Huntington Beach Police Department confirmed the incident on its Twitter page.

“We can confirm that our police helicopter made an emergency landing in the Newport Beach area. Rescue efforts are underway and more information will be provided as possible,” the post reads.
